Hello,
I've programmatically created an jena/mysql backed model. I then use
both the MySQL Query browser and Composer's Triples view to view the
model. Comparing them, everything matches up except for the URL used
for the Ontology itself. In the MySQL Query browser it shows the URL
as:

http://www.boeing.com/IVHM/newdiffonly/PV-GeneratorNeutralInst.owl

E.g the Ontology type triple is shown as follows:

http://www.boeing.com/IVHM/newdiffonly/PV-GeneratorNeutralInst.owl
http://www.w3.org/1999/02/22-rdf-syntax-ns#type
http://www.w3.org/2002/07/owl#Ontology

But in Topbraid, it is showing up as:

http://www.boeing.com/IVHM/newdiff/PV-GeneratorNeutralInst.owl
(the newdiffonly gets changed to newdiff)

E.g the Ontology type triple is shown as follows:

http://www.boeing.com/IVHM/newdiff/PV-GeneratorNeutralInst.owl
http://www.w3.org/1999/02/22-rdf-syntax-ns#type
http://www.w3.org/2002/07/owl#Ontology

Any ideas on what could possible cause this? What I'm seeing in MYSQL
(i.e. the raw data) is correct.

Note that in the Composer Resource Form for the model, the name shown in
the Name: field is correct, i.e.

<http://www.boeing.com/IVHM/newdiffonly/PV-GeneratorNeutralInst.owl>

And I know Composer is looking at the same SQL table as I'm looking at
in the Query Browser since everything else shown in Composer is
identical.

Thanks,
Jeff
