You can use owl:imports. Create a file for each ontology in Composer, be it in an RDF serialization (.n3, .rdf, .rdfs, .owl, .nt) or in an external rdf data store (.sesame, .allegro, .oracle, etc.). Then import into one of the files or create a fourth that imports all three. In Composer, this can be done through a drag/drop to the imports view.
