I think what you are referring to is *incremental* inferencing?

We do not support this option in TopBraid Live yet, but I have added  
it to our list of feature requests for a future date.

An option that already works (but is much harder to maintain) is to  
use SPARQLMotion scripts starting with sml:TrackChanges which then  
sml:PerformUpdate on existing triples in response to other changes.
