we are still trying to reproduce this effect, without success. I just  
tried it with geotravel and pizza ontologies on Windows TBC-SE 3.1.0.  
Are you able to send me the file that you are classifying (off-list)?  
Are there any other hints that indicate what could cause this?

Thanks for this report. This used to work better in the past, as far  
as I remember. I will have a look.
