Great It works fine now. Both ways work too.

It was something simple. On your step 6 I was not checking the actual
check mark next to the jar file and there was a reason for this. For
some reason I cannot see the arrows indicating that you can drill down
into those directories to look for the jar file so I was just checking
the box of the top level directory. It was not until I hovered my
mouse cursor over the white area next to the directory for a few
seconds that an arrow popped up.

Its always something simple.
