Hello Frank, If you specify the header of first column as "owl:Class", then all the cells in the first column will be created as classes, since instances of owl:Class are essentially classes. You would also have to use "Import to the current ontology" option in the "Import Spreadsheet" wizard page, while the ontology is already open.
