I have a problem with internet references in TopBraid: i become an error: "Cannot open image: java.net.ConnectException: Connection refused: connect". The same error comes when i want to refer to Javadoc in internet or want search for updates for TopBraid or for Eclipse platform. But menu item "Resource-->Find on Wikipedia" works correctly, so in general there is no problem with internet connection. Its a working station, so maybe the administrator must open some port or something like that. Does anybody knows what the problem is?
