Hi Andriy,
in order to use the TopBraid API JavaDoc in your development Eclipse,
locate the plugin
org.topbraidcomposer.help (.jar)
and unzip it. You will see the folder javadoc under it, and you can
then point Eclipse to that folder.
I have no answer to the GEF installation problem below, but that does
not seem to be a TopBraid-specific problem.
