Helen;  Export/Merge exports the currently selected model to a project/
folder chosen in the navigator.  When performing the export, first
open the Allegro connector (.allegro file).  Choose a folder and
Export/Merge.  The file name is specified in the wizard as the Target
file name and the Target base URI is whatever you type in that field.

If you have done this before, chances are the file is somewhere in
your Navigator file structure.  Use ctl-shift-r to search for file
names across your workspace (as shown in Navigator).
