Matt;  Yes, SPARQLMotion sounds to be exactly what you want.

some examples and an in-depth tutorial on that page.

SPARQLMotion is included in TBC-ME.  There are different modules for
XML, Excel, inferences, JSP, etc.  In terms of displaying graphically
on a webpage, Semantic JSP is probably the best route to go.  This
allows you to create a JSP file that embeds SPARQL queries in it.
