Hi Andriy,
yes, the extension point for those tabs is
org.topbraidcomposer.editors.pages
You need to instantiate
org.topbraidcomposer.editors.pages.IResourceEditorPageFactory
and you can specify a weight to define its position relative to the
other tabs.
All of the existing tabs in TBC use this extension point.
