Dalia; These seem like separate issues to me so I'm creating a new post for this one.
Composer is an RDF/RDFS/OWL-based editor - i.e. Semantic Web data using RDF triples. Relational databases store data in relational form, a different data structure than triples in RDF. To view relational data in RDF, you need to create a mapping that states how Composer (in general an RDF/OWL editor) will interpret the relational data as RDF triples. In addition to relational data formats, Oracle 11g can store RDF data directly - i.e. in RDF triples instead of relational data. This requires some setup supplied by Oracle. The 'New… RDF/OWL Oracle Database' refers to this RDF data store. There is more on this in Help > Advanced Topics > Working with RDF Databases > Oracle 10g/ 11g RDF Databases (*.oracle) If you have Oracle data in a "traditional" relational format, Composer supports wizard that generates the mappings for you. This is in 'Import… RDF/OWL View on Relational Database via D2RQ'. Name the base URIs for the mapping, schema, and data files as desired, enter information to log into the relational data store and the wizard will generate a mapping for you to view the data. More can be found in: Help > Import and Export > Import external information > Importing Relational Databases with D2RQ -- Scott > An existing Oracle RDF data store? Or did you create a new one?
