We have not adequately tested this version, and decided to follow eclipse

which does not provide 64 bit windows links.
However, the eclipse build process does build 64 bit windows downloads, 
which appear to work.

If you want to try these out, and can advise us that these work for 
Windows (please include your OS), and give 64 bit advantages such as 
larger maximum memory, then we will include these.
