> But why is it specified with a spin:body property, and not spin:constraint?

spin:constraint expects an ASK query, a CONSTRUCT, or a SPIN template that
wraps an ASK or a CONSTRUCT query. SPIN templates thus serve as place holders,
and at execution time the engine will insert the spin:body of the template
(with its specified pre-defined variable bindings). Since spl:Attribute is a
SPIN template, it uses spin:body, and this body will then become
spin:constraint at execution time.
