Kevin;  Sorry for the delay. I verified that if you put the .jar
extensions in webapps/tbl/WEB-INF/eclipse/plugins, the extension will
be available just as in Composer.  You should be able to do a platform
reset after copying the jars into the directory to access the
extensions.
