Gerrick, If you want to display returned HTML in a TBL app that is not build with TBE, you can do it with 3.2 (as Scott explains).
If you want to display returned HTML in a TBE app, you will be able to do it in 3.3 which will be out in about a month. You can also use JSP. The SPARQMotion tutorial is useful for learning how to write scripts. All modules are in Help and the SPARQLMotion palette is useful to browse module offerings. For Live do you mean Ensemble? Use form layout, etc. See Ensemble App Development tutorial for more. If you mean Web Services, see above and Help on Web services.
