Jacson;

<1) When I use the Import .. XML Schema? >

With the XML Schema Importer (Help > Import and Export > Import
external information > Import XML), choose the XML schema file, load
that, then load any XML instance files. On Finish a model will be
created from the schema and instances created.

<2) Is there a template in TopBraid to connect two RDF separate files,
but with similar semantics. >

Generally speaking use owl:import (Help > Import and Export > Work
with imported ontologies). This will merge two RDF files. To try it
out, create a new file and open the Imports view for that file (Help >
User Interface Overview > Imports View. Drag-and-drop a file (RDF,
XML, Excel, supported data back-end) from the Navigator view into the
Imports view (alternatively, specify the URL/base URI using the import
icons in the upper-right of the Imports view).
