Update: Completely a Vista issues so I thought I might share the solution. Essentially it was a permissions issue so in order to perform this install within Eclipse, I had to fire up TBC-ME with 'Run As Administrator'. It all installed just fine and when prompted to restart, I just quit out. Fired it back up as my regular user and all is well. --tk
