you can run it locally with TBC using the pattern as in

http://rdfex.org/?uri=http://topbraid.org/examples/kennedys&names=firstName,MI

The above will load the local copy of the kennedys ontology from your workspace 
- insert the Finance ontology's base URI instead. The names argument must 
contain the local names of the resources from the target ontology.

Once you have confirmed that you need this (e.g. when you want to share your 
ontologies with people that do not go through TBC), I can do this, but it takes 
a while to show up.
