Sunil; TopSPIN is a rule-based engine. The rules implementing the OWL 2 RL profile are in TopBraid/SPIN/owlrl-all.rdf. If you import this file into your file (open Imports view an drag-and-drop owlrl-all.rdf into it) and run TopSPIN inferences, you will get the OWL inferences.
