I am part of project that has a requirement that all software that will be included must not include foreign third-party software. I was told at SemTech 2010 that there was a free and clear version of TBC, but I can only find clear(which to me implies standard edition) and ME clear (maestro edition). We will not be using any inferencing in this project, but will simply use TBC for maintenance of rdf files.
