yes, the content negotiation scenario you describe, to create either machine or 
human-readable representations of RDF data, has been exactly one of the 
motivations for having UISPIN. UISPIN 1.0 will be included in TBL 3.4 end of 
September. I need to check how to do the redirects and how much out-of-the-box 
we can do this in a generic way. An issue will be that the request URI (of the 
resources) must somehow align with the TBL servlet address, i.e. we need some 
kind of pre-selection servlet that either returns the triples or redirects to 
the UISPIN servlet.
