Hi Scott,

done as you and Jeremey suggested. i.e. change JDK to SunJDK and
removed openJDK.

afterwards I:
- cycled tomcat and httpd
- did a redeploy

Still getting error

"We cannot process your request because
an internal error has occured. Please
contact your adminstrator."

should I ask Dave Price to come along and have a look, or should I
setup another webex for you to have a look?
