Amiika; The only diagram available for HTML documentation is the Diagram view. It's not clear to me what exactly "pictures of all individuals from graph view" means. Do you mean display a diagram showing all properties of the resource - i.e. a single box with a compact listing of property/values? Or a graphical view of all properties of the resource? It is something we can consider as a future enhancement.
