Neither have I. I have added tests to the automated test suite, for the correct behavior and they all passed without any changes to the code base.
One thing I noticed last week was that, on Windows 7, using firefox (and probably on other platform/browser combinations), message boxes in TBE using the browser popup facility (I think) would only display if the browser was the currently selected application. Thus, some messages sent from TBL to TBE intended to be displayed in such a popup, were getting lost.
Since the thrust of the report was to do with missing error messages this might contribute. The errors should always be logged on the server, even when the client user has moved onto something else.
