I suspect this is a Jena bug ... I don't believe TBS provides any workaround. I will report this to the Jena team (currently transitioning to Apache)

I have a turtle file coming from another application. When importing this file in TBC, I get an error. When opening the file in text view, the text starts with following chars: ...@prefix rdf:<http://www.w3.org/1999/02/22-rdf-syntax-ns#>. where indicates a BOM. After having removed the file loads correctly in TBC. I know that the Unicode standard doesn't require or recommend a BOM in a UTF-8, but it is allowed. Unfortunately, I cannot influence the encoding coming from the other application. Hence my question, if I can influence this from the TBC side.
