Gerrit; Conflicting dependencies are a general issue for any Eclipse- based application. First, note that TBC 3.4.2 is compatible with Eclipse 3.6, not 3.5 (see http://www.topquadrant.com/products/TB_download.html). The suggested approach is to download TBC, which includes the compatible Eclipse version, then install the other plug-ins in that installation.
If the other plug-ins raise similar conflicting dependency issues, then you will probably need to run multiple copies of Eclipse - one for TBC and one for the other plug-ins.
