Aziza, there is only SPARQL 1.0 in 3.1, but even then we relied on the Jena ARQ library that was pioneering some features that would later make it into SPARQL 1.1 (including LET and aggregations). SPARQL 1.1 is still not officially finished by the W3C, but the upcoming 3.5 will have state-of-the-art support for it, based on ARQ.
