Hi Seong,

there is a button in the main tool bar to execute any SPIN template from the 
currently open model, or globally registered (in .spin. files). You can select 
a template and then fill in the arguments, if any arguments have been defined. 
The results are displayed in a SPARQL results view. I think this feature is a 
good alternative to using the query library.
