Also, I am sending a public reply. The issue was that a character was
lower-case rather than upper-case in an <xsd:include> schema location.
It was made more complicated by the fact that XMLSpy validated the XSDs
ignoring this error, and XML Schema import in TopBraid Composer issued
no exception.
The XML Schema import in TBC is based on XSOM parser, which doesn't give
an explanation of the failure. So, at the very least for the next
release, I will make sure the importer issues a plain exception stating
that the schema cannot be parsed without further explanation.
