Jessie,
The "Create RDF/OWL File" wizard creates an empty ontology. The "Create
RDF/OWL/SPIN File" wizard creates an empty ontology with SPIN imports.
sml:ImportRDFFromWorkspace module is used to import an existing ontology
from the workspace into the current SPARQLMotion script.
The mentioned wizards and the mentioned module TopBraid Composer are
very different from each other, so cannot be compared. Could you
rephrase your question along these lines?

Dear all
I'm working on SPARQLMotion, the first module I use is
"sml:ImportRDFFromWorkspace",I step by step by the SPARQLMotion
tutorial; I enter the ontology baseURI in the sml:baseURI, when the
baseURI of ontology file I created with OWL/RDF/SPIN file, the
SPARQLMotion result is not correct, but when I enter the baseURI that
with OWL/RDF file, the SPARQLMotion result is correct, so...I want to
ask, if I want to use SPARQLMotion, the ontology file must be OWL/RDF
file????
Thanks!!!
