Ahhh...  That could be it.  I noticed that it copies things at run time and it 
is in the program files folder.

I thought I had configured the executable to run as admin so I'll double check 
that and/or install elsewhere.

Tim,

I think I know what the issue is (file permissions on the Program files folder 
that gets in the way of saving the CSS files there). We are investigating (I 
don't have Windows 7 myself so I need to coordinate with my colleagues). 
Meanwhile, installing TBC-ME in a different folder that has different security 
settings may help, but this is speculative as well at this stage...
