Andriy,

This reminds me of a classical issue with earlier TopBraid Composer versions. Eclipse is "too" eager to get the latest updates for all plugins, which may cause dependency issues.

Thus, I would suggest trying to get TopBraid Composer from the update site following the instructions:
http://www.topquadrant.com/products/TB_Update.html

So for the above setup, you can have clean Eclipse 3.6.2, install TopBraid Composer on it, install your plugins and see if they work together.

If the above solution doesn't work, Nilesh or I will try to come up with another solution later when it is daytime here on Tuesday.

The 'clean' Eclipse 3.6.2 doesn't have this error.

Thanks,
Andriy
