Carol; The Class Axiom section, which contains rdfs:subClassOf, owl:equivalentClass, and other property definitions, appears by default for owl:Thing. However if your model does not import the standard rdfs and owl definitions, then it may not appear. Try creating an ontology in Composer (File > New > RDF/OWL File) to see how this should look. Then take a look at our ontology to see what the issue may be. If you can send an example, that would be useful.
