Hi Bruce,
you can add arbitrary URIs to the form: Use Add empty row and then enter the
URL inside of < ... > brackets, e.g.
<http://example.org/myURL>
This is also explained on the TBC Help Page: User Interface Overview > Resource
Editor > Form Panel.
