Hi Paul, this fell through the cracks when we recently migrated the server that ran this service to another platform. However, you can still use the rdfex.org URIs inside of TopBraid, and it will resolve those URIs against local files. I am not sure whether there is sufficient demand to keep the public rdfex service alive.
