The error is entirely mine in this case.  I have a licensed version of
SE but was trying out ME under 30 day trial.  I developed a
SPARQLMotion in ME and later was running SE and attempted to open the
file which contained the script.  I would make an RFE suggestion that
if TBC sees a SPARQL Motion script in a lesser version that it advise
the user that scrips are not editable in SE or Free edition.  It would
avoid this case and make script exchange between users a little more
friendly.
