Bruce; Enterprise Vocabulary Network (EVN) is a vocabulary editor that is built entirely from TopBraid Suite tools.  See http://www.topquadrant.com/solutions/ent_vocab_net.html.  You can preview EVN by starting TBC-ME and open a browser to http://localhost:8083/evn.  Log in as Administrator and take a look at the Geography sample.

You can also view any model in TBC-ME's workspace in a Web application.  Open a browser to
http://localhost:8083/tbl, choose the Default Application and and navigate the projects to your model.  This is TopBraid Ensemble, a Web application development toolkit (http://www.topquadrant.com/products/TB_Ensemble.html).  The 'TopBraid Ensemble Application Development Guide Documentation' in the More Information section of that page describes how to customize Ensemble applications.

The 'TopBraid Application Development Quickstart Guide' in the Downloads section of the Ensemble page provide some information on creating Web applications with TopBraid Suite.

For SPARQL Web pages, a good introduction is found at http://topquadrant.com/topbraid/uispin/ and the User Guide (http://uispin.org/ui.html) is invaluable, all in addition to information contained in the Composer Help pages.

EVN uses elements of both SWP and Ensemble to build the application, including the workflow features for change control.  Server-side scripting is accomplished with SPARQLMotion.

TBC-ME includes a fully functional Personal Server for testing on a localhost environment.  Once the application is designed, it can be deployed in one step to a TopBraid Live Enterprise Server, which is a separate application and download. See http://www.topquadrant.com/products/TB_Live.html

That should give you a good start!
