Start TBC-ME.  Then go to a browser and enter http://localhost:8083/tbl.  ...and you're using Ensemble! 

For more, look at the "TopBraid Live Integration" section, particularly "TopBraid Ensemble Console" and "TopBraid Ensemble Default Application".
