David; A couple if things that may help here:

1) I'd suggest using relative paths, such as data/myproject.org/docs/
Screencapture/PRA1.JPG.  That way there is no issue with moving from
localhost to your server.

2) Always create your own project and never use
server.topbraidlive.org to add scripts, applications, etc.
server.topbraidlive.org has data that changes with different
releases.  The TBL instructions are explicit about needing to delete
this project when upgrading.  See
http://www.topquadrant.com/docs/tbl/tblinstall/installation.html#upgradingtbl
for detailed instructions.

It's always a good idea to name your project in a server name format,
as that TBS uses that to create base URIs.
