The identifier for you would be the default namespace plus the fragment, i.e. http://mydomain.com/myfolder/BruceWhealtonJr#BruceWhealtonJr. That's what a default namespace is for: to provide the full http:// part when an identifier is missing it.

So, now I started a project with Top Braid Composer and opened a file named BruceWhealtonJr.owl or saved my first file in that way. It says that the Base URI is : http://mydomain.com/myfolder/BruceWhealtonJr and the default namespace is http://mydomain.com/myfolder/BruceWhealtonJr# Now, my thinking was that since I called the foaf:Person instance about me, in that file, BruceWhealtonJr, then the identifier for me, should be: http://mydomain.com/myfolder/BruceWhealtonJr.owl#BruceWhealtonJr Forgive my ignorance of something that I thought would be obvious by now for me and so I don't know why this is still confusing me.
