Tim; The SPARQLMotion module you are using, ImportXMLFromURL, in fact all of the import-from-URL modules, assume a RESTful interface. The currently defined interaction is that the script will send the URL to the server, including any query string, and will get XML in response. The script then proceeds to the next module. That is all this module can support at this time.
We will add this kind of interaction, interaction with web services requiring authentication, as a request for a future enhancement.
