Enterprise Architect 9.0 supports exporting into the following
formats:

UML 1.3 (XMI 1.0)
UML 1.3 (XMI 1.1)
UML 1.4 (XMI 1.2)
UML 2.0 (XMI 2.1)
UML 2.1 (XMI 2.1)
MOF 1.3 (XMI 1.1)
MOF 1.4 (XMI 1.2)
Ecore
OMG XMI
BPMN 2.0 XML
ArcGIS

Would any one of the above work with TBC?  If not, can you describe
how I can get from one of these formats (or from the .eap file) into
XMI compatible with the Eclipse UML2 Plugin?
