Bruce; If you want to get foaf off the Web instead of the cached
version in TopBraid's workspace, you can unlock TopBraid/Common/
foaf.owl.  The file will then be cached from the Web for each new
session.

I'm not sure what you mean by foaf:holdsOnlineAccount.  The latest
spec, http://xmlns.com/foaf/spec/, has a foaf:holdsAccount, as does
the version in TBC.  I did some quick research and found some
references to foaf:holdsOnlineAccount from 2006, but it appears to be
one of those terms that didn't make the cut for the foaf spec.
