Jamal, this is by design.  There are some modules that do not appear
in the palette because they are either depricated or specialized low-
level modules.  The documentation for the module should state which
preferred modules to use.

For the most part, just use the modules in the palette.  If you need
to use the others, you can always create an instance and drag/drop the
instance into the script.  This works for any module, including those
in the palette.

Which modules are you interested in?
