Hi Holger,
Thank you very much. The patch worked. Although I could not get patch to
apply it so in the end I used some copy paste magic ;)
I just successfully ran more than 130 spin:construct rules against about
400 million triples (in small batches) in 3 and half hours on a 2 core
virtual machine. Which is good enough for me :)
Regards,
Jerven

Hi Holger,
There are currently five patches attached to the JENA issue. Is this the patch
that you tested JENA-120-r1173178.patch?
Yes the first one (that makes a copy of the aggregators)
https://issues.apache.org/jira/secure/attachment/12495233/JENA-120-r1173178.patch
This was the cheapest fix with least changes, although I believe further
architectural changes were made to Jena in the meantime to address related
issues.
Or as an other option would you like me to test the jena-arq 2.8.9 SNAPSHOTS
and jena 2.6.5 SNAPSHOT? If this could be interesting for you its fine by me as
we are still in prototype stage.
I believe some interfaces have changed in ARQ and the SPIN API would need to be
adjusted to those. We have no plans to migrate to newer Jena versions at this
stage so you would need to branch off the currently supported SPIN API.
Regards,
Holger
