Simon; dcterms:replaces does not define a range, so by default values
will be interpreted as literals by Composer. One approach you can use
is to define the range of dcterms:replaces to be xsd:anyURI. Another
is to create a subproperty of dcterms:replaces and set its type to
owl:ObjectProperty.

You may also want to consider owl:versionIRI to indicate versioning
information for your models.
