Hi Michel,the TopBraid project is reserved for system ontologies, and TBC will consider all files therein as read-only except the example folder. Please create your own Eclipse project (File > New > Project > General > Project) and move your "own" files there. It is a good practice to call the project like your top-level domain, e.g.
my.company.org
for files from the namespaces starting with
http://my.company.org/
