Shane; At this point in time we do not have a full API for the server configuration. This is an enhancement we will follow through on in a future version of TBL. For now, you can manually edit server.topbraidlive.org/dynamic/config.rdf. There is an instance of ServerConfiguration with the configuration parameters. We'd suggest you stop Tomcat before editing, make the changes (Composer would be the suggested editor) and start Tomcat again.
Flash is only needed by the clients that run Ensemble.
