Tim; Yes it is possible to create a vocabulary directly from EVN. See http://topquadrant.com/topbraid/evn/doc/adminguide.html#configurerdbms. Basically go to the TBL Admin page and click on Server Configuration Parameters. Fill in the Teamwork Parameters section with your relational back-end connection information and Save Data. When you go back to the EVN home page you will see a link to "Create New Vocabulary".
